In IMX system, cabin report can be upgraded to cabin safety report, and voyage report can be upgraded to flight safety report.
Here we take one cabin report for example. Follow the steps below to upgrade it.
1.Choose on cabin report with status “New” in “List View” page and open it.

For cabin report or voyage report, the status must be “New” before upgrade. |
2.Click the “Upgrade” button to upgrade this report in sub-form “Classification”.
As the screen shows below,
One window will pop up, as the screen below shows,
Click “Yes” to upgrade this report.
3.After this upgrade, you will find that the type has been changed to “Cabin Safety Report”.
