Please follow the steps below,
1.Click the link “Customize Report” of Report module in the left navigation menu and the following screen will be displayed.
2.Click the icon 
to download the offline report form.
3.Fill the fields in this pdf document.
As the screen below shows,
The mandatory fields are surrounded with red frames, and the optional fields are with black frames.
4.Click the “Add Event” checkbox on the right corner to import this event.
As the screen below shows,
5.Click the 
icon to save the pdf document.
6.Login IMX system and navigate to “Import” page in “REPORTS” module.
As the screen below shows,
7.Click the “Import” button to import the finished document.
IMX system will check the values in the pdf document. As the screen below shows,
8.Click “Preview” button to correct the values on-line, or correct the pdf document and import it again.
9.If there are no errors in this document,click the “Save” button to save this document directly.
