2. System Functions

IMX provides the ability to:

◆Enter audit and inspection data on-line or offline, indicate the work flow, compile the audit report,  search the audits and export the data into pdf or excel documents. Besides, it has the ability to generate IOSA Conformance Report based on customer’s annual audit program.

◆Enter findings and observations associated with corresponding audit records, or independent ones on-line. The risks associated with identified findings can be assessed. Besides, the stages of finding can be defined by customer’s operational process.

◆Create different types of reports on-line or offline, customize the report template based on the requirements and export the fields of reports to GDDB, STEADES or ECCAIRS.

◆Enter investigations associated with corresponding reports. The risks associated with identified investigations can be assessed.

◆Create new hazard and associated safety events.

◆Easily create charts and diagrams for visual  representation of audit, finding and report  data.

◆Send e-mail notifications in certain scenarios.

◆Manage users, suppliers and document specifications.

◆Manage and maintain the whole system.

All IMX screens contain the navigation bar that navigate users to the corresponding functional pages. These pages are described in the following sections.
