In July 2014 IATA launched the Integrated Management Software project to support the small and middle size air operators in implementation of integrated Quality and Safety management system. Civil Aviation University of China (CAUC) developed the IMX as a cooperator. This release provides air operators a guidance to keep accurate, up-to-date information about the IMX system.

The guide is intended for users who access the IMX using a web browser. It assumes that the reader is familiar with using a web browser and with file transfer actions.

IMX provides the following documentation:

IMX Administrator’s Guide – Describes how to configure and administer IMX server.

IMX Installation Guide – Explains how to install, upgrade and uninstall IMX server on Linux-based and Microsoft Windows platforms.

IMX User’s Guide – Describes how to execute the business flow on-line with the help of web browsers.

IMX Release Notes – Contains information about new features and enhancements, late-breaking information that could not be included in one of the other documents, and a list of known and fixed issues.

IMX Global Support offers technical support for IMX products.

When contacting IMX Global Support, please have the following information:

Product version and operation system version.

The text of the error or warning message.
