Please follow the steps below,
1.Choose one audit or inspection without any finding in “List View” page.
2.Click the icon 
in “Findings/Observations” sub-form.
3.The page will turn to “New Finding” directly.
4.Fill the fields and save it, then one finding will be raised successfully.
