Click the link “New” under the “Checklist” sub-module in the left navigation menu and the following screen will be displayed.
Fields marked with a “*” are mandatory. To create one checklist, users need to finish the basic information, such as Type, Title and so on.
Then add chectlist items for the current checklist.
