Click the link “New Hazard” in the left navigation menu and the following screen will be displayed.
Users can initiate a new hazard in this page.
Fields marked with “*” are mandatory.

Follow the steps below to create a new hazard.
1.Fill out the fields in the page “New Hazard”.

⟡The values in the “Hazard Description” field come from “System/Configure Data Items/Hazard”. |
2.Click “Add Safety Event” button to add safety events.
One window will pop up, as the screen below shows,
Choose existing safety events and click “OK” button. Or click “Add New” button to add a new safety event directly.
3.Click “Save” button to save the current hazard log.
