Click the link “Safety Events” under the “HAZARD LOG” sub-module in the left navigation menu and the following screen will be displayed.
This page provides users to search the safety events in the system.
Here are detailed introduction of the page.
•Quick Search with keywords.
Input the keywords and click the icon 
to search.
•Search Criteria. This sub-form is collapsed by default. Users can
➢Search the results with one or combined criteria.
➢Click the “Search” button to search the safety events.
➢Click the “Reset” button to reset the criteria.
•Click the icon 
to modify the safety events.
•Click the icon 
to delete the safety event permanently.
When this icon is clicked, if the current safety event is shared by more than one hazard, then a window will pop up. The pop window displays the hazards that are associated with the current safety event. As the following screen shows.
